Information About Children
We collect the following information from parents/guardians on behalf of children under 13 who participate in psychological testing: child's first name, date of birth.
Parental Consent: We will not collect any personal information from a child under 13 without first obtaining verifiable parental consent. You will receive direct notice by email before any collection occurs.
Third-Party Disclosure: We do not disclose children's personal information to third parties for advertising or other purposes.
Parent Access & Deletion: Parents may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's personal information at any time by contacting info@mindpsych.org.
Data Retention:Children's personal information is retained for the duration of the program and is deleted using reasonable measures once it is no longer necessary. We do not retain children's personal information indefinitely.
