Parenting is one of the most meaningful—and at times, most overwhelming—roles we can hold. When your child struggles with connection, emotional regulation, or trust, even the strongest parent can feel unsure of how to help. Attachment & Parenting Intensives are designed to help families reconnect and reset. These focused, short-term interventions create space for parents to better understand their child’s needs, strengthen emotional attunement, and build the skills that sustain secure relationships. I offer intensives for families across North Texas seeking deeper healing, whether following adoption, trauma, or chronic conflict—or simply when a family feels “stuck” and wants to restore harmony.
Unlike weekly therapy, intensives condense the work of multiple sessions into a structured, immersive experience. This approach allows time for meaningful exploration, guided practice, and insight without the limitations of traditional hour-long appointments. Each intensive integrates attachment theory, emotion-focused parent coaching, and trauma-informed care. The process is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply individualized.
I offer several ways for families to engage based on their needs and availability:
Attachment intensives offer more than insight—they create movement. Parents leave with:
Families often describe these experiences as a “reset button”—a turning point that changes the emotional tone of their home.
Every family is unique, and so is every child. My approach honors neurodivergent, adopted, and trauma-impacted children and caregivers. I focus on safety, relationship repair, and emotional literacy rather than behavioral compliance.
Parents are supported, not judged. The goal is to move from reactivity to connection—from surviving daily challenges to thriving together.
